History
DIOL was instructed to build a bespoke product for a hotel in Brighton. The hotel was unable to find a worthy hotel reservation system. DIOL produced a package which made the very best use out of the new Windows environment. This product evolved throughout the late nineties and early 2000s to become eventually known as Probooker.

Yotel, the high technology focused hotel concept founded by Simon Woodruffe from the Dragon's Den, were seeking a hotel reservation system that would be able to manage their idea to allow intra-day bookings. They needed to allow customers to book one of their hotel rooms for anything from a 4 hour to an overnight stay, fully flexible on when the stay started and ended. In total, Yotel met up with 23 suppliers from around the world but only the Probooker product from DIOL could achieve their needs straight out of the box. The system fully manages their who technology setup from their unique website bookings, to the kiosk and entertainment requirements.
